What helps us prepare an initial proposal?
Your employee count, one or multiple days, preferred dates, an indicative budget and the purpose of the content. We separate concept, production and travel services in the proposal. Price and scheduling are confirmed before an order.

Is the trip exclusively for our company?
Yes. Team & Story and Retreat & Create are private experiences for one company on agreed dates. Events with representatives from several businesses are the separate Connect & Grow format.
How much does an experience cost?
It depends on your group size, location, programme, travel components and production scope. We prepare an individual, itemised proposal. We do not publish fixed departure prices.
Which languages can we use?
You can send an enquiry in Dutch, Polish or English. We agree the working language, guidance and any translation before delivery.
Is the entire trip tax deductible?
Not automatically. The business purpose and each expense category determine tax treatment. Discuss your circumstances with your accountant. Producing a film does not automatically make private or leisure expenses fully deductible.
Which films and photographs do we receive?
We agree these in the content plan: for example, an event film, portraits or short vertical videos. Quantities, formats, usage rights, revisions and delivery dates are specified in the proposal.
How do we choose our company trip dates?
Send a preferred date or month. We check location, production and service availability. Your programme and dates are agreed in the proposal before booking.
Who is responsible for the travel and guarantees?
The proposal identifies the suppliers for each travel component, applicable terms and any required travel protection. Booking follows only after you receive and accept this information. We do not claim unverified fund or trade association memberships.
