Yes. We issue one all-inclusive invoice in your company’s name—whether you operate as a sole proprietor, a private limited company (Ltd) or a general partnership—and that invoice, showing 21 % VAT, can be fully booked as a business expense under “travel & training costs.” Your accountant simply codes it accordingly; no breakdown is needed.
Yes. As the organiser we issue one invoice that covers the entire package—hotel, flights, transfers and activities. Simply book it under “business travel / training expenses”; no itemised breakdown is required. If in doubt, confirm the entry with your own accountant.

No hidden fees. Optional add-ons (single room, Sky Lagoon, extra golf) are clearly priced before you pay.

The minimum is 2 paying guests; the maximum 10. Smaller numbers trigger a “Small-Group surcharge” or a date change. This keeps networking intimate and logistics smooth.

We book Business Class by default. If Business Class is not available on a non-stop route to your destination, we select the best available direct flight in a premium economy or flexible fare. Exact carrier and fare details are listed in each event description.

Yes. Each participant must hold valid medical, accident and liability insurance for the full trip. Insurance is not included in the package price

Cancellations must be in writing. Refunds of the net package price:

45 days: 80 % 31–45 days: 50 %

14–30 days: 30 % < 14 days: no refund
Name changes are possible up to 14 days before departure

Yes. Participation is voluntary. Opting out does not generate a partial refund because all activities are prepaid on a group basis.

Coordinator = photographer 24/7 – your trip leader is also a professional photographer, available throughout the entire retreat.

On-demand shoots – we can take photos anytime, anywhere, whenever you ask.

Private zones respected – we do not shoot in pool or spa areas to maintain a relaxed, private atmosphere.

Bring your branding – pack logo apparel, gadgets or other branded items; we’ll showcase them in creative, eye-catching ways.

Edited images delivered – all photos are professionally retouched and sent online within 14 days after the trip.
